MVP Does it Again A+++

Having worked for MVP in the past from 02-04 or so, I am well aware of their commitment and desire to keep their customer service top notch. I parted out my Supra shortly after leaving there and haven't had a need for their services until recently.

I now have a 5spd 92 SC300 and have been looking everywhere locally for a set of NGK 3330 spark plugs. They of course all carry the NGK part#'s meant for the domestic cars, but none had what I wanted. I know for a fact Dusty keeps them in stock and plenty of them, so I sent an email to him about lunch time yesterday. Within 20 minutes, I had a price quote and had sent him my information for charging and shipping.

By 10am this morning, with no additional charges for shipping, I received the parts. Less than 24 hours of inquiring, they are in my hands. I know it's generally a 1-2 day shipment from MVP to me, but I know of very few places that would treat such a small order as they would a large order and take care of it as quickly as they can.

I will most definitely be ordering more when it comes time to get a TT motor in the car and am very impressed with how well I was taken care of.

Welcome on board, Dusty and MVP!

I will raise the MVP flag here and say that they are the No.1 supplier for Supra parts that i have dealt with. Period. Top notch service and after care. My little testimony has been a long time coming (apologies to Dusty) but now looks like a good time to post it...

Last year i had to source an intercooler kit for my TT in under six weeks (for a track day). None of the Japanese or internet suppliers were able to tell me whether they had any "stock", could get one in that time frame, or let alone deliver it to me on time.

After a referral from The Reaper, i contacted Dusty at MVP and within a few days had organised + paid for my order. He received the parts from HKS USA and the whole order was shipped in under two weeks. I received it literally within 5 days via UPS.

Unfortunately, the intercooler got damaged in transit, but after a few (frantic) emails, Dusty sorted it all out and sourced a NEW replacement fmic for me within a couple of days. As soon as he got this from HKS, it was sent out via UPS and i received it in the workshop in LESS THAN 72 HOURS - that's right, shipped from Texas to South Australia in under 72 hours! It was installed the day that it arrived - all with a week to spare. I even got to test it at a dyno comp that weekend, before the track day...

And all that time and effort on Dusty's part for someone who had only ordered from MVP for the first time... Dusty - you're a champion! i will certainly continue to buy Supra parts from MVP and recommend them highly.

Can I just say what an outsanding service you guys provide, your delivery time on average takes 4-6days, which for a company that resides in the states is awesome, and there is always great communication between each of the parties.

From what I've seen you get a lot of customers, however I always feel as if the service is personalised and this is why I will continue my spending with MVP.

Not to mention your prices blow UK competition out of the water!

I was rather straight and pretty awkward with you guys on my first order, there was a slight mishap, I think due to the courier company, but you handled the situation really well and definitely passed my test!

My delivery price was $350 IIRC, that was for UPS's fast service, I went for the RPS flywheel also which made it once pretty heavy item to fly over. Speak to Dusty, but I get the impression they really rate the RPS units.

I bought my second MKIV and I needed a clutch. So I decided to go with an RPS clutch kit along with other new parts to get the job done right.

I ordered everything and it took close to two weeks to arrive, and when it did, it was the most packed box in the world. It had a good 10 feet worth of bubble wrap and everything seemed secure and almost indestructible.

Great job fellas, keep it up, perhaps I'll be ordering a fuel system and AEM soon, I know where to go

Must be a sign but the Integra hit 300,000 miles shortly leaving MVP and I made it to Arlington in less than an hour. Pickup some grub and on the way home saw EAN ( sp? IAN) heading north on Matlock. Weird all that happened the about an hour.

Just a quick email regarding the the toyota supra headlights and the clear front turn signals you sent me. Thanks for the prompt service, even when the banks held it up with the wire transfer. The headlights look absolutely fantastic, a big difference from the fogged ones I had before, glad I went for the later spec ones!

I've only had the car for a couple of months so theres plenty more I want to do to it so when I need my next modification I'll get in touch, maybe a bodykit!

Hey Dusty,

I finally had the whole set installed. I now have the rear and mid stabilizers in, and boy that's a world of difference. The car is really 'one thing' now when cornering, on the highway it feels more solid, and it seems to react just a tad quicker. All round happy me ...

And the new-style indicators really look the part. I have the really small light in the headlights, so I had both bulbs in each indicator used as indicator.

Well I just wanted to give you guys props for having great prices. I don't know if I was allowed to make a thread like this but here is my story.

I work at Folsom Lake Toyota as a service technician. I decided that it was time to get some new 98 headlights for my car. Turns out that I get all parts at cost plus tax. BUT, turns out the headlights are 760! But this did include all bulbs, etc which is like a 5 dollars difference. I think, I will check MVP's site to see what THEIR price is. Turns out its the same freakin' price!

Much props! I don't know how you guys get it for so cheap. Looks like I will be lookin' forward to buy from you guys instead.

I'm another satisfied MVP customer.

MVP had the CF radiator plates on display at the drag strip and I wanted one before we flew back home - trouble was, San Antonio drag strip is miles from any ATM's, and I had zippo cash on me, and it was Saturday - last day of the meet, Dusty said "don't worry, I'll make some calls, go watch the rest of the races" and got someone to drive in to their office and run my card numbers though.

ok as a lot of you know I purchased a set of CCW wheels and tyres from the US.
After purchasing them I did not really take in to account how large these items were and how difficult shipping was going to be to organise...
I gave dusty a call with my problem and regardless of the fact I did not even purchase the wheels from him he helped me with the pickup and shipment of the wheels to my doorstep!
Its all been organised at a very good rate and I could not be happier !

Well got my exhaust today, and i would have to say that was some fast shipping. The exhaust sounds awsome. A bit louder than i thought, but i just put the silencer in. It rattles a little when the silencer is in and i am trying to think of a remedy to fix it. The staff @ MVP was very helpful, and quick with my order.

Thanks for the quick replies to my e-mails. I'm planning on doing a lot to my Supra, and so far it looks like MVP is definitely at the top of the list of places to get the parts.

Yeah, My B&M short shifter arrived today, Dusty price matched on it, and even though there was a delay from B&M on him recieving his shipment, he emailed to let me know, A great guy to deal with, and his reputation on SF.com speaks for its self :-D
I paid via Money order so it took a bit for the money to arrive :-)

Very very reliable service.... Dusty will walk you through the whole process from start to finish. Easier if you open up a paypal account and allow an extra day or two to increase your limit over $750US Dusty replied very quickly and was informative to make sure the parts i ordered were exactly what i wanted. The products i ordered were paid for on the 6th of Sept and they arrived in melb on the 9th of Sept. Pity the shipping company took a few days to get it to me though mainly due to me not being able to call back on the missed called number. Apart from that both MVP Motorsport and BAXGlobal were both very reliable and quick.

Just wanna publicly thank Dusty Got my Volk SF Challenges off him and have to say the customer service was amazing. i can totally recommend him. Was constantly updated and he was very helpful answering all my questions and being very patient when my bank was screwing around with the payment. hmm i emailed suprasport about some parts that ineeded to see if it was backordered or in stock. this was tuesday and now its saturday and still haven't received an email repsonse...however Trent at MVP replied within 24 hours. this made me lean towards purchasing the products at MVP.

I would like to advise others not to deal with SupraSport from this point on also. If the service is this poor, and the new management has been there less than a month, I expect it will only become worse. We will soon be hearing more stories like this in the future. I'd like to take this point to steer everyone to Trent at MVP. As he had what I needed at a better price, and had it to me in 2 days. He doesn't know who I am, but I was the person that I'm sure he thought was a complete stunna as I "needed an intake ASAP..." I'm sure he was laughing about that...

There's always some place that's going to claim cheaper prices out there in hopes of making a sale. But don't depend on reliable customer service, honest pricing on shipping, and warranties.

There's a reason why everyone trusts Dusty and MVP, it's because they are THE BEST. I wouldn't buy a single part outside of MVP, because the second I have a problem, they are there.

Saving $3 bucks on a part with bad service = Worthless
Dealing with the BEST company for the Supra Community = Priceless

I'll happily FWD you 10G in reciept parts I bought this year if you would like me to prove what i'm saying, but you don't have to take my word for it.

About two weeks ago I ordered Blitz wheels and within a week they were added to the car, and recently I ordered many products from MVP just this past week such as : HKS SSQ BOV, Apexi S-AFC II, HKS EVC EZ II and a few other items.
