I wanted to chime in here to relate my recent experience with HRE and MVP. I had contacted HRE in mid-December about getting a set of wheels from them. They responded initially, and after some back and forth I asked for the final details so that I could place the order given that the sales person quoted me 4+ weeks for production. After that I never received anything back from HRE. About 2 weeks after that, I saw this thread and decided to email Dusty at MVP to see if he could help me out with getting something done. He was extremely helpful, taking the time to get all the details right and to get the appropriate confirmations from HRE that the specs I was requesting would work with my setup. So thanks to Dusty and MVP, I not only got the wheels ordered that HRE blew me off on (it even wound up being that I had given them the correct specs and offsets in my very first email, all they had to do was verify them and place the order), but he also got them for me at a lower price and with a 2 week production time frame instead of the 4 weeks I was originally quoted. I obviously haven't received the wheels yet, but given that Dusty went to bat for his customer like that makes me feel pretty confident that I will get the wheels on time. I just wanted to share that with anyone looking to purchase HRE wheels in the future, I hope that helps.

Quite simply, Dusty over delivered again. I placed about 10 orders on my current build, all time sensitive and Dusty made sure all were coordinated and on time so I stayed on build schedule. He made sure I had everything precisely when I needed it and if it wasn't in stock he made sure it was either made or shipped from the manufacturer immediately. There's a reason I order from MVP, and it's Dusty....period. Great prices, tremendous service, outstanding communication and no broken promises.

Just wanted to thank MVP and Robert for all their assistance and patience with my repeated questions and queries. Their product (TRD LSD) was by far the cheapest quoted price I could find from Australia, Japan, US and New Zealand.

Delivery was about a week and half quicker than expected, packaged well and exactly as described. My mechanic also thanks you as the installation kit that came with the diff fitted perfectly and required no mucking around (a problem he often has with Chinese and Japanese parts).

Having been a customer of MVP motorsports before I am acustomed to the highest quality of customer service from you and your staff. My recent experience was no different and I wanted to bring it to your attention and show you guys some much deserved appreciation. I recently ordered some Muteki lugnuts and a Jim Wolf Pop charger for my 350z. I received my lugnuts directly from Makin Industries and was advised that the Pop charger was going to be a few days as Jim Wolf needed to restock your supply. After a week I still had not received it and called and spoke with Robert who informed me that it had been sent incorrectly to Virginia instead of California. After we got it all straightened out with the folks in VA and had it forwarded to me here I was super excited, only to find out the package was missing a piece. I spoke with Robert who was extremely helpful and informed him of my missing part and he got on the phone promptly with Jim Wolf who denied the possibility of anything ever being missing from their packages. Robert informed me that you guys would be covering the cost of the missing piece and the shipping to me here in California. I have nothing but great things to say about your staff and your business and Robert added yet another reason to my existing list. In all the years I have been building my Supra and piecing together various other cars no company has ever done anything like that. I'm usually stuck with ordering replacement parts and having the frustration of unneeded additional costs. Robert alleviated this concern for me and has truly earned MVP a customer for life. I have never dealt with Robert before this as I order all my Supra parts directly through you, but I'm glad that there's other passionate people working with you proving that MVP is truly customer centered in their operations. I originally ordered the BL stage 2 DBB kit from Dusty it arrived missing the turbo and a big gash in the housing(not Dusty's fault). When I open to check all the other parts I was disappointed as the quality was not what I expected. So since it was missing parts and the housing was damaged I asked Dusty to upgrade me to the to the PHR Stage 2+ kit... It arrived today first thing I notice It was packaged 100% better second the quality of the kit was superb well worth the extra cash and hours extra I would have to work Ha Ha every aspect of this kit was amazing, in my opinion flawless. Hands down no comparison in quality over the BL kit. If you are thinking of ordering this kit but can't seem to justify the extra cost as I thought. Quality is all I have to say no short cuts and nothing but premium parts in this bad boy...... I used to do automotive work back before the military took over my life and I know what it takes to be a good employee in that world. And I will say that Robert is by far and above outstanding. MVP Does it Again A+++

Having worked for MVP in the past from 02-04 or so, I am well aware of their commitment and desire to keep their customer service top notch. I parted out my Supra shortly after leaving there and haven't had a need for their services until recently.

I now have a 5spd 92 SC300 and have been looking everywhere locally for a set of NGK 3330 spark plugs. They of course all carry the NGK part#'s meant for the domestic cars, but none had what I wanted. I know for a fact Dusty keeps them in stock and plenty of them, so I sent an email to him about lunch time yesterday. Within 20 minutes, I had a price quote and had sent him my information for charging and shipping.

By 10am this morning, with no additional charges for shipping, I received the parts. Less than 24 hours of inquiring, they are in my hands. I know it's generally a 1-2 day shipment from MVP to me, but I know of very few places that would treat such a small order as they would a large order and take care of it as quickly as they can.

I will most definitely be ordering more when it comes time to get a TT motor in the car and am very impressed with how well I was taken care of.

I ordered a set of glass headights and some other TRD bits n pieces which got to me in Sydney in about 2 weeks. the prices for everything is always very reasonable and with the exchange rate its even better for us! when i get some more cash together i hope to order a urethane lip, and god willing, a set of polished CCW classics.. YUM!!

Welcome on board, Dusty and MVP!

I will raise the MVP flag here and say that they are the No.1 supplier for Supra parts that i have dealt with. Period. Top notch service and after care. My little testimony has been a long time coming (apologies to Dusty) but now looks like a good time to post it...

Last year i had to source an intercooler kit for my TT in under six weeks (for a track day). None of the Japanese or internet suppliers were able to tell me whether they had any "stock", could get one in that time frame, or let alone deliver it to me on time.

After a referral from The Reaper, i contacted Dusty at MVP and within a few days had organised + paid for my order. He received the parts from HKS USA and the whole order was shipped in under two weeks. I received it literally within 5 days via UPS.

Unfortunately, the intercooler got damaged in transit, but after a few (frantic) emails, Dusty sorted it all out and sourced a NEW replacement fmic for me within a couple of days. As soon as he got this from HKS, it was sent out via UPS and i received it in the workshop in LESS THAN 72 HOURS - that's right, shipped from Texas to South Australia in under 72 hours! It was installed the day that it arrived - all with a week to spare. I even got to test it at a dyno comp that weekend, before the track day...

And all that time and effort on Dusty's part for someone who had only ordered from MVP for the first time... Dusty - you're a champion! i will certainly continue to buy Supra parts from MVP and recommend them highly.

Can I just say what an outsanding service you guys provide, your delivery time on average takes 4-6days, which for a company that resides in the states is awesome, and there is always great communication between each of the parties.

From what I've seen you get a lot of customers, however I always feel as if the service is personalised and this is why I will continue my spending with MVP.

Not to mention your prices blow UK competition out of the water!

I was rather straight and pretty awkward with you guys on my first order, there was a slight mishap, I think due to the courier company, but you handled the situation really well and definitely passed my test!

I bought my second MKIV and I needed a clutch. So I decided to go with an RPS clutch kit along with other new parts to get the job done right.

I ordered everything and it took close to two weeks to arrive, and when it did, it was the most packed box in the world. It had a good 10 feet worth of bubble wrap and everything seemed secure and almost indestructible.

Just a quick email regarding the the toyota supra headlights and the clear front turn signals you sent me. Thanks for the prompt service, even when the banks held it up with the wire transfer. Hey Dusty,

I finally had the whole set installed. I now have the rear and mid stabilizers in, and boy that's a world of difference. The car is really 'one thing' now when cornering, on the highway it feels more solid, and it seems to react just a tad quicker. All round happy me ...

And the new-style indicators really look the part. I have the really small light in the headlights, so I had both bulbs in each indicator used as indicator.

Well I just wanted to give you guys props for having great prices. I don't know if I was allowed to make a thread like this but here is my story.

I work at Folsom Lake Toyota as a service technician. I decided that it was time to get some new 98 headlights for my car. Turns out that I get all parts at cost plus tax. BUT, turns out the headlights are 760! But this did include all bulbs, etc which is like a 5 dollars difference. I think, I will check MVP's site to see what THEIR price is. Turns out its the same freakin' price!

I'm another satisfied MVP customer.

MVP had the CF radiator plates on display at the drag strip and I wanted one before we flew back home - trouble was, San Antonio drag strip is miles from any ATM's, and I had zippo cash on me, and it was Saturday - last day of the meet, Dusty said "don't worry, I'll make some calls, go watch the rest of the races" and got someone to drive in to their office and run my card numbers though.

it's me ... Luc from LUXEMBOURG. I just wanted to tell you how satisfied I am with the last offer you sent me (RMM Downpipe, Cusco strut braces, Brembo slotted rotors and pads. The brakes look great ... in fact the whole Supra looks different. And by replacing the original front pipe by the RMM downpipe, I got amazed by the power addition and quick spool-up of the turbos ...there ain't any turbo lag any more.

I know you probably talk to hundreds of people a day, but can you remember back as far as four or five months ago when you sold me a set of black Volk GT - C's for my supra?? Well I finally got around to installing them today and I can't begin to tell you how grateful I am for all your advice. I have a white Supra and from what you said you didn't have any pictures of these rims on a white Supra. I promised to email you some and I will in the next few days hopefully. I can't believe what a difference they make! It is like my car went from a decent looking stock supra to a badass mofo! Thanks again for helping me improve the quality of my ride. Just a quick one to say cheers to Dusty for the bits and pieces he sent over... emanage and both harnesses (even after I thought I lost one of them), pro-fec controller and the air/fuel ratio meter for the workshop..

Everything arrived spot on time and well packaged....

MVP had some used Volk TE37 for sale here off a mkIV supra. I contacted him and he was very easy to deal with! I ended up buying some tein basics as well which will all go on my lexus SC400. Even though I am in Canada he was willing to use Fedex when I requested it and he gave me an awesome deal. Everything showed up on friday as pictured and described! ok as a lot of you know I purchased a set of CCW wheels and tyres from the US.
After purchasing them I did not really take in to account how large these items were and how difficult shipping was going to be to organise...
I gave dusty a call with my problem and regardless of the fact I did not even purchase the wheels from him he helped me with the pickup and shipment of the wheels to my doorstep!
Its all been organised at a very good rate and I could not be happier !
Dusty did not have to lift a finger for me but did and I cant say how much help he has been since I have been dealing with him.

Well got my exhaust today, and i would have to say that was some fast shipping. The exhaust sounds awsome. A bit louder than i thought, but i just put the silencer in. It rattles a little when the silencer is in and i am trying to think of a remedy to fix it. The staff @ MVP was very helpful, and quick with my order.

Very very reliable service.... Dusty will walk you through the whole process from start to finish. Easier if you open up a paypal account and allow an extra day or two to increase your limit over $750US Dusty replied very quickly and was informative to make sure the parts i ordered were exactly what i wanted. The products i ordered were paid for on the 6th of Sept and they arrived in melb on the 9th of Sept. Pity the shipping company took a few days to get it to me though mainly due to me not being able to call back on the missed called number. Apart from that both MVP Motorsport and BAXGlobal were both very reliable and quick.

I would like to advise others not to deal with SupraSport from this point on also. If the service is this poor, and the new management has been there less than a month, I expect it will only become worse. We will soon be hearing more stories like this in the future. I'd like to take this point to steer everyone to Trent at MVP. As he had what I needed at a better price, and had it to me in 2 days. He doesn't know who I am, but I was the person that I'm sure he thought was a complete stunna as I "needed an intake ASAP..." I'm sure he was laughing about that...

There's always some place that's going to claim cheaper prices out there in hopes of making a sale. But don't depend on reliable customer service, honest pricing on shipping, and warranties.

There's a reason why everyone trusts Dusty and MVP, it's because they are THE BEST. I wouldn't buy a single part outside of MVP, because the second I have a problem, they are there.

Saving $3 bucks on a part with bad service = Worthless
Dealing with the BEST company for the Supra Community = Priceless

when you import parts yourself you are to pay the import tax and vat when it comes into country. dusty is just selling you items. if you think how much it costs to buy an item in uk then how much it costs in usa, you can then make your mind up if its worth the savings. you have to pay vat on items in uk also if you do personal imports too. you also have to pay import tax too from 2%-10%

MVP is the best, IMO. Dusty bends over backwards to make sure people are happy. ********** just plain sucks. I ordered all my BPU+++ parts from them in April 2002 (~$5000 worth - all of which were supposed to be in stock) and I finally received all of them by October of 2002. They kept telling me for months that the parts would be in "next week." I had planned to have the car at BPU for some summer fun, and ended up having a really powerful and fun car just in time to store it for winter.

Well, just to let you guys know, MVP and Trent are AWESOME. I oredered an E-manage and related parts on Tues, had it shipped 2 day so I could dyno tune on Sat. Trent shipped the product on Wed, but for some reason Fed-Ex screwed up, and it didnt get shipped. I called on thurs, cause my tracking # wasnt working, MVP figured out what happened, and sent me out another one, next day air, no charge. If that isnt customer service, I don't know what is. You guys at MVP are great, heck I'm a first time customer, yet they treated me like I was a VIP. Called me back when they said they would, and made sure I got my parts, when thety said I would get them. You guys have a customer for life! Thanks Trent and Dusty!

My experience these past couple days with MVP have been great. Dusty sure is one of a kind, and he knows his shit. He is such a creditable guy, and he's not only there to sell you parts, but he is also there to help you out anyway he can. I'm always bugging him on AIM, asking him questions about any supra related material, and he is always there to help me out even though he is incredibly busy. I had ordered a RPS clutch the other day, and he had one being shipped in to him the next day, so he reserved that particular clutch for me, and was going to overnight it the min. he received it. UPS reschedules the delivery and I'm out a day. I needed the clutch bad too because mine is slipping horribly and I'm going to South beach Saturday.  So the clutch arrives to his place today, and instead of doing regular overnight shipping that I had wanted, he did overnight PRIORITY for me at no charge. Just because he knew how bad I needed my clutch and wanted to keep his great customer service going.

This Christmas I recieved an Apexi Rev/speed meter as a gift from my parents.  When I asked where they bought it from, they replied MVP Motorsports. They had heard me speak of the business and how happy my friends and I were in dealing with the company.  My parents said that MVP was the easiest and best service that they had dealt with all Christmas.  The also said the service, tracking, and product help was great (they have no idea what a rev/speed meter even is). Thanks again for the great service and you'll be recieving all of my orders from now on.

I haven't bought anything from Dusty myself, but I have never seen one negative comment about him or MVP. If you guys are on a budget, MVP is the place to go. Even though we are a distributor for HKS, Greddy, Apexi, Blitz, NOS and so on, since we don't stock much inventory we can't beat these kind of prices. We do try to match them for our customers when we can. But there are times we cannot because some prices are below our own cost.
