This HVAC foam replacement kit allows you to re-foam all of your flapper doors within the HVAC assembly, allowing for the perfect seal on every door. 

This allows for better operation of your heating and cooling system and allows for the air to be directed properly to the different areas you want it.  No more will you have to worry about air escaping and coming out where it shouldn’t. Neither will you have to worry about little foam pieces spraying you in the face just because you turned your AC or Heat on.

After cleaning your HVAC System and flapper door assemblies, it is recommended to use an adhesion promoter and then glue the foam to the doors. 

Extra foam is given in a sheet for additions around ducting coupling points if you wish.

Disclaimer: We have shipped dozens of these all over the world to every possible configuration of Supra we know of.  Twin Turbo, Non-Turbo, J-Spec, RZ-Spec, 1993-96's, 97+ (a.k.a. S2 or Facelift version).  To the best of our knowledge this kit fits every MKIV ever made, but there could be some super rare version on some corner of the world we aren't familiar with that a couple of pieces won't fit.
