This is the genuine Toyota Supra Twin Turbo 4-piston front brake caliper for the USA spec Supra Twin Turbo. This is new in the box with the famous "Supra" script painted on it. This USA-spec brake caliper is often used to upgrade Non-Turbo Supras and Japan-spec Supras. The price is for the caliper assembly only, no rotor or brake pad is included.
To fully convert the N/A brakes to the TT brakes you will also need a TT rotor (DBA, StopTech, OEM Toyota, etc.), TT brake pads (Hawk, EBC, StopTech, OEM Toyota, etc.), Fitting Kit, and Shim Kit - as well as 17" or larger wheels for everything to fit under.
